If you represent or happen to be an artist, actor, writer, tech/science personality, industry professional or similarly situated professional and would like to be considered for inclusion as a Featured Guest (VIP) at GMX Volume 5, please send an email to GMX Talent Inquiries no later than July 31, 2013.
Except where directly solicited by and/or otherwise deemed appropriate and of interest by GMX, GMX does not provide cost subsidization (room stays, travel reimbursements, incidental expensing) or featured guest billing for: professional cosplayers, movie and television extras (uncredited appearances), novelty acts (jugglers, hypnotists, circus-style performers, etc.), self-published authors, amateur comedians, amateur musicians, media/podcasts, and other non-traditional classes falling outside GMX's scope for featured billing.
Interested parties who would like to participate as part of GMX programming may apply via the GMX Panel Application Form located under the PROGRAMMING tab found on this site. Independent artists interested in offering their work for sale to the public may purchase an exhibition table or booth via the Vendor Application Form located on the EXHIBITS tab.
